  11. I should think the intention of the member is the most important thing here. If we know the member's intention, I don't think a ruling is even in order. I'd like to ask the member from California on the floor what his intention was, if possible. @Batman

Mr. Mahoney: Mr. President, If I may weigh in, Mr. Leader, I did request the member from California to second my motion and he confirmed that he seconded it, so based on the member's intention, the motion to table should be recognized first. That said, I yield to the President Pro Tempore and Vice President in their judgment. I yield.
