PES: Amends the PRIDE Act to require the equal treatment of same sex married couples and couples who are joined under a civil union or other marriage-equivalent which is between two individuals for tax purposes, in addition to just "regular" marriage, under the terms of that Act.

[OOC: This is the Diaz Amendment to the PRIDE Act from last session, as a stand-alone bill.]
