A BILL

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

(a) This act shall be cited as the Unborn Children's Health Protection Act. 

SEC. 2. ACTIONS.

(a) The Women’s Health Protection Act is repealed.

SEC. 3. ENACTMENT.

(a) This act shall take effect immediately.

Mr. Speaker,

I rise in support of this bill. I think it's presumptuous for Democrats to assume that women want unregulated abortion on-demand. Many women – especially women from my home district – do not want that. Today I speak on their behalf, and on behalf of the millions of future women this bill would protect.
