A catch-all thread for minor inquiries by the Secretary. Issues that involve more than one department or are large administration priorities should get their own thread in this same forum.

Just a couple of Qs.

1. Did the Trump Administration try to negotiate a UK/USA FTA?

2. Is ISIS defeated in Syria and are Russian troops still in the country?

1. Yes. Negotiated and signed.

2. Yes and yes (though only in supervising and training capacity).

Perfect. Also, a couple of more Qs.

1. North Korea- Trump and Kim never reached a deal I assume? Did Kim do anything drastic, or is it at the same standstill that was there in late 2019 without any major developments?

2. Did Trump and China reach a trade deal? Or are Trump's tariffs on Chinese goods still there?

3. Did the USMCA get ratified by all three countries?

1. The North Korea situation has not changed really at all since RL.

2. The tariffs are still in place.

3. Great question, this could actually be a good scenario to start with depending on your reaction. Neither the United States nor Canada have ratified the agreement yet. During the impeachment inquiries the parties were not able to finally come together to pass it. The Mexican economy never crashed like Trump warned, but it hasn't really improved either. The Canada situation hasn't developed much past RL. They generally support it, but debate attempting to renegotiate some aspects.
