BIO:

Barnabee Luthor James the 3rd was born to farmers Laura Lee James and Barnabee Luthor James Jr. From a young age Barnabee had to work for everything. While his friends often could relay on their parents whenever they wanted to go out to eat or hang out at the arcade Barnabee would have to work for money to do anything like that which is why he believes he was able to get through school so quickly earning his doctorate in journalism and political science at the very young age of 30. Barnabee moved into the city of Chicago at the age of 32 for a job as an editor at the Daily Herald after his old self started news company Real World News was bought out. Barnabee left the Daily Herald after 2 weeks seeing a lack of any real attempts to be non-partisan in there articles, he bounced around several other news organizations before finally deciding instead of trying to fix the news he'd try to make some. He ran for Mayor of Chicago at the age of 36 and was viewed as a long shot at best often polling under 1% yet he never gave up and continued preaching common sense non-partisan solutions to the problems in Chicago and amazingly he won with 47% of the vote after seeing massive surges of support for 4 consecutive months leading up to the election. After his first term ended he ran as an independent for Illinois 1st Congressional district and lost by 27% coming in a distant 2nd. However in an early election he was recruited by the Democratic party to run again and this time won a nail bitter 50.37%-48.73%. He currently still serves in that seat and is noted for his attacks against some of the racist rhetoric coming from the right, and is expected to be the consensus Democrat choice to challenge Senator Granata in the upcoming election.
